  • How you use the website : Pages viewed, buttons clicked, searches on the site, device and browser type, approximate country or city, and the site that referred you. Collected through Google Analytics, which only uses cookies after you accept them.
  • Preferences stored in your browser : Your cookie choice and whether sound is on or off on the home page. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

  • Improving the website : To see which pages people find useful and where the site is hard to use, so we can improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Google Analytics cookies).

We don't sell your personal data and don't use cookies for advertising.

4.Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<id>) to tell visitors apart and count usage. They are set only after you click "Accept" on the banner. If you decline, Google Analytics receives only cookieless usage signals that don't identify you. You can change your mind any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

5.Service providers we use

We use third parties to store and process data on our behalf: Google (Google Sheets to store contact form submissions, and Google Analytics for usage statistics) and our website hosting provider. These providers may store data on servers outside Thailand, covered by their own data protection safeguards. We don't disclose your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

7.How long we keep it

  • Contact form data : Kept for up to 2 years from our last contact. If we work together, we keep what's needed for the contract and accounting for as long as required.
  • Google Analytics data : User- and event-level data is deleted automatically after 14 months.

8.Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access and get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything done before). Email your request to the address below and we'll reply within 30 days. If you believe we haven't followed the law, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
